Frequently Asked Questions
When are Compassion Days?
Compassion Days are on the third (3rd) Wednesday of every month. We start our distribution at 5:00 PM and end at 6:45 PM (or until we run out).
Do you offer delivery?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide this service. Therefore, we only offer on-site pickup.
What information do you expect from me?
We don’t ask for any of your information. Nor do we require you to pre-register.
Who are Compassion Bags for?
Anyone! Our goal is to be the bridge between you and the supplemental help you need.
What can I expect in a Compassion Bag?
Each month our distribution partner receives different items and therefore, each month the boxes will generally have different items in them. However, we do our best to pack the bags full of (supplemental) non-perishable foods like cereal, soup packets, canned foods, pasta, drink mixes, and snacks. We also do our best to distribute a small produce bag with each Compassion Bag.
How many Compassion Boxes can I take?
We distribute one Compassion Box set per family (car). We’ll do our best to provide one additional Compassion Box if you are picking up for someone who is confined to their home, or they are displaced and/or homeless. However, this is not guaranteed. Due to our limited space, we will do our best to provide for each car, however, it is first come—first serve.
